l1 cup kicking off new season on april 6
Tecumseh United will take on Hamilton United in the first League1 Ontario game of 2025.
The L1 Cup Round One schedule has been released, with Tecumseh United and Hamilton United kicking off the 2025 League1 Ontario season on Sunday, April 6 at St Clair College.
The popular knockout competition, which was brought back in 2024 after hiatus, is opening with several exciting matchups and teams making their League1 Ontario debuts.
The majority of Round One matches, including all of the men’s fixtures, will take place on the weekend of April 12 and 13. These come after a midweek women’s game between Waterloo United and Cambridge United that’s scheduled for Wednesday, April 9.
